Not your momma's beets that is for sure. This old German style recipe is updated just a tad, we make our own pickling spice just a bit different than any other. Our Pickled Beets pair with Bries, Blues, and Feta to name a few. Great on an arugala salad, a touch of Blue Cheese with red onion and orange segements.
